At Select Living Group, we want you to be completely satisfied with your home furnishings. If a piece doesn't perfectly fit your space, you can return eligible items within 30 days of delivery for a refund or exchange.
Initiate Your Request
Contact our customer concierge team with your order number and the specific items you wish to return to receive a Return Authorization (RA) number.
Prepare the Package
Carefully repackage the items in their original shipping materials and boxes to ensure the furniture remains protected during transit.
Schedule a Pickup
Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to the exterior of the box and schedule a pickup or drop off the package at an authorized carrier location.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse inspects the returned items for quality, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
